“Tsaghkadzor Open” International Open Chess Tournament

The Chess Academy of Armenia in collaboration with the Chess Academy Club is organizing one of the most significant chess events of the year, the "Tsaghkadzor Open" international tournament, which will take place from September 21 to 28 of this year. Held in the picturesque, mountainous town of Tsaghkadzor, this long-standing tradition brings together both local and international chess players.

This tournament, has long become a cherished tradition, which offers thrilling competition, international communication, and a shared love of chess.

The “Tsaghkadzor Open” international chess tournament is open to players with 1900 and above international rating. The tournament will be held in 9-round Swiss system in accordance with FIDE Laws of Chess.
