"Lake Sevan 2016” International Chess Tournament

Chess Academy of Armenia has the pleasure to announce that “Lake Sevan 2016” International Chess Tournament, which is being held for the 10th year, will take place from 17 to 27 July, 2016 in Martuni, Armenia. The tournament is a FIDE category 16 ten player round-robin event with an average Elo of 2628.6. The opening ceremony will be on July 11 at 4pm local time, at Martuni Culture Palace. The games start every day at 3pm local time. The event promises to be spectacular and fascinating as the winners of previous years and strongest young chess players are going to participate in it.
